The Annual Fundraising Banquet is our largest fundraising event of the year. Hundreds of Mosaic PHC supporters come together for an elegant evening to hear powerful client testimonies, pray and financially support the mission of Mosaic PHC. 

Your minimum suggested donation amount of $100 is appreciated. 


If you are a Business Owner or Church, we want to recognize you as a life-affirming member of our community and underwriting partner for Mosaic PHC’s Annual Fundraising Banquet.

Your underwriting support will aid in deferring costs of the event so that more of every dollar given that evening goes toward client services. As an underwriter, you will join other area churches, individuals and businesses that earn recognition benefits plus an opportunity for Meet & Greet access with the Benham Brothers (Gold level & above)
